Anger Management

This class is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is practical, one of our main goals is to equip the student with skills that improve quality of life. Our approach using CBT is flexible, and easily moldable to fit each individual students needs.

SOME COURTS REQUIRE:

4 Hour Program (1) Class: $75

8 Hour Program (2) Classes: $140

12 Hour Program (3) Classes: $180

DALLAS COUNTY REQUIRES:

12 Hour Program (12, 1-hour classes per week): $180

Payment plan available for 12-hour programs, call for details.

Class is held every Monday night at 6PM or Tuesday mornings at 9AM.
